health food - never sick again

i got this from a friend who is concern about my health which is not deterioting. it says what to eat to avoid certain health problems, so here i share: (copy and paste, not mine and i am not plagirising, i am really afraid of getting cought as this could be very bad for my future as well as my reputation, i had once been caught in copyright infringement and i had to suffer, i was made to suffer, so this time around, i am declaring that the following is not mine, and i am just sharing without expecting of any profit, it is just to remind me and my readers)

Headaches: Fish (protein)
Fish oil helps to prevent headaches, so does ginger which reduces inflammation and pain

Hayfever: Yoghurt

Strokes: Tea
prevents buildup of fatty deposit on artery walls with regular doses of tea

Insomnia: Honey
as a sedative or tranquilizer

Asthma: Red Onions
helps ease constriction of bronchial tubes

Arthritis: Fish namely salmon, tuna, mackerel and sardines

Upset stomach: Banana - will settle an upset stomach
Ginger - cures morning sickness and nausea

Bladder infections: Cranberry Juice
high acidic contain of cranberry juice can control harmful bacteria

Bones Problems: Pineapple
the manganese of pineapple can prevent bone fractures and osteoprosis

PMS: Cornflakes
reduces depression, anxiety and fatique

Memory Problems: Oysters
supply the much needed zinc

Cough: Hot Red Pepper
has similar substance found in cough syrup

Breast Cancer: Wheat, Bran, Cabbage
help maintain estrogen at healthy levels

Lung Cancer: Orange, Green Vegetable
contains beta-carotene, a form of Vitamin A

Ulceres: Cabbage

Diarrea: Apples with the skin
Let it turns brown first

Clogged Arteries: Avocados
contains mono-unsaturated fat to lower cholestrol

High Blood Pressure: Olive oil, Celery

Blood Sugar Imbalance: Brocolli, Peanuts
contains chromium to regulate insulin and sugar
