this morning i was planning to go early and to put on my contact lense for today. but somehow i spent almost half an hour trying to put em on. somehow they would not jsut stick into my eyes. they felt funny as if it was soggy and too soft. nevertheless i tried several times putting them on but failed. so i threw em both into the bin thinking that they must be rotten lime old tomatoes.
having spent almost half an hour, it was kind of late and i magined that people waiting in the bus would be annoyed by me but alas only 6 people were in the bus when i arrived. sepnt another half an hour before we actually began the trip.
so i thought to myself that when we stopped at genting sempah petronas station that i would not be eating anything. but being me and crazy to try the nasi dagang i have to let myself go. it was expensive at rm 8.50 with one teh tarik. i was not v surprised since i have eaten here before and the foods are a bit pricey.
so when we actually arrived at the factory, we were served with ... NASI DAGANG for breakfast. i was shocked and in denial state. why did i have to buy the nasi dagang at the petronas station? why? porke mia mor? (i love me)
the host at MNI was very generous. they served us with three courses i.e breakfast, lunch and tea and all are mouth watering and taste really wondeful and fresh. it was a rather large complex with three boilers and their own ability to generate electricity. they even gave us sourvenir as we were about to depart. THANKS MNI.
as a group of auditors, we were taken to the main part of the plant and trying to find ways of improving the operation. our aim is to help look for areas of improvements in terms of recoverable losses. there are few leakages we found and things could be more efficient.
three hours it took to drive from mont kiara to mentakab. on the way back i was still confused with the roads at mont kiara, i did not appear to be as in the map. how come??
and back to the topic, i am thinking that whatever that i imagine in my mind would not happen in reality. therefore i will try with all my best not to imagine the beautiful things because then i would not ever happen to me. so maybe i would start imagining all the worse thing that can happen so God willing it would never happen to me.
- tamaulipas
- Clearly my name is not Tamaulipas. Tamaulipas is one of the 31 states of Mexico and is located in the northeast. In Malay language, it can literally means 'do not want cockroach'. Basically, I am rambling about things on my mind.

Screw Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim
from the moment he suggested the use of IMF during the economic downturn of 1998 i just don't trust him and i wonder why there are people who support him even though he is clearly trying to get the influence of the west namely USA into Malaysia.
can you imagine if malaysia were to listen to Anwar in 98 or if Mahathir did not sack him and put him into the jail.. we might be worse today. but to really think about it if anwar had not been sacked, he might become the current prime minister of malaysia instead of pak lah. the Mr clean pak lah who is no more viewed as mr clean but rather something else which is related to some form of doziness.
screw anwar when he said he can lower the price of oil.. for how long? but pak lah decision to cut off the subsidy in the abrupt manner is just as bad, when could do it slowly when he already gave some hint that the price will go up by august. he could do it slowly not knee jerk kind of way because people prefer to adapt but slowly. we the rakyat are willing to change our way of life but not in abrupt manner. come on, everything needs time to adjust.
then we might as well screw pak lah and his team.
but again screw anwar who is trying to seek sympathy from the foreigners. he wanted to go here and there storytelling about his pathetic life to all the foreigners. so that one day if we really got into power he can repay them at the expense of the Malaysian? do we need more foreigners in our country? no, hell no. they should let us be who we are not following their middle fingers.
then also screw mahathir who let the IPP reap all the benefits from the agreement that they signed in 1990s. additionally they make TNB suffer when TNB mission is to serve the rakyat. screw mahathir for letting TNB and the rakyat be the victim. for letting go Tan Sri Ani when he refused to sign the PPA. screw the next CEO who comply to signing the PPA. they are the ones who are responsible for the increase in tariff and the high reserve margin in the country at the 'expense of the rakyat's subsidy.
thus screw anwar, then pak lah, and then mahathir.

Let Dato Ahmad and his Mercedes
Screw them who commented or criticized on the decisions made by the Terengganu state government on the purchase of Mercedeses hAHA really screw them.
first, of course the state government has done the studies necessary and figures don't lie.
when dato ahmad said that having proton is more expensive, i believe him so should you all.
merce is da bomb, buying it will not let you down. they have the best guaranteed quality and in the long run it saves you more than having an elongated perdana V6. in addition you know how the the squeaky quality of proton. after a few hours of driving a new proton, you will start to hear nnoises that you wish you would not hear. HOW COULD SOMEONE SO BUSY like the menteri besar and his subordinates can bear the unnnecessary noises made by the proton car when they NEED TO THINK ABOUT THE RAKYAT and their problems! HOW COULD THEY LET THEM who are trusted to care about the rakyat be annoyed by such small problems??
let them have what they deserve.
let them people
leave them
they deserve the car
please
don't make a fuss about it ok?
there are more things to ponder or to question
like where are the billions spent by Pak Lah and Co.?
how little is few millions compared to those billions ringgit?
dato ahmad then can give me one of his car as a token of appreciation to me..

Screw Hartamas and its siblings
i hate going to sri hartamas or mont kiara or any other places around that area because i dont think they did any proper planning for the routes and roads. it is so confusing with flyover or downover and they are signs everyway.
Funny Nicol
how lucky that Nicol David got the "Datuk" title already. She's so young about my age and she is already a datuk not too mention that she is a female.
*datuk, in malay is grandfather.
so datuk nicol.. it just sounded so funny.. haha
the same funny feeling that i felt when datuk siti got her datuk..

Screw English
the fact is that i feel stupid talking in english.. because my mother tongue is not english. also its getting harder for me to write in english because i kept on translating what i am trying to say. this is what happen when you do not practice speaking in english in a frequent manner. looking at other countries such as japan, korea and france i wonder why do they achieve so much even though their public are infamous for not being able to understand or speak in english. thus i conclude that english is not a benchmark for any countries to be successful or not. it is just an indication of how the english has conquered the mind and culture of the locals. people from japan are proud in their language, so they are not bother in learning english. english is internationally understood but if you have ever been to korea or japan you will see how hard it is not to know the local language. why can't malaysia be like japan or korea? is it because we are multiracial? when one language are chosen as a mode of communication than other race might feel belittle of the fact that their language is not used. maybe that's the problem that people prefer to speak english in malaysia especially in the cities. sometimes in a meeting, people may not take you as serious as when you are speaking in english. is it to show that when speaking in english you are superior? may be. because then depending on your eloquence, people may look at you differently. in addition if you speak with slang (american or british) they will start to admire you.
yesterday the first day of e-learning it reminded me of my years in college. listening to some technical lectures by an Indian professor through video conference is worse than having the boring lectures in a class where you can actually feel and touch the lecturer. damn it was so boring that i dozed off a few times. what a long 3 hours yesterday and another 3 hours today! tonight have to sleep early since i have to be in mont kiara by 7.30 am. luckily no more video lectures today as we are heading to mentakab to do a technical visit at MNI (malaysian newsprint industry). i believe MNI is the only manufacturer of newspapers' paper.

I'm Yours - Jason Mraz
Well, you done done me and you bet I felt it
I tried to be chilled but you're so hot that i melted
I fell right through the cracks, and i'm tryin to get back
before the cool done run out i'll be givin it my best test
and nothin's gonna stop me but divine intervention
I reckon it's again my turn to win some or learn some
but I won't hesitate no more,
no more, it cannot wait i'm yours
mmm mmm
Well open up your mind and see like me
open up your plans and damn you're free
a look into your heart and you'll find love love love love
listen to the music of the moment people dance and sing
we are just one big family
and it's our god forsaken right to be loved, loved, loved, loved, loved
So, i won't hesitate no more,
no more, it cannot wait i'm sure
there's no need to complicate our time is short
this is our fate, i'm yours
*scat*
I've been spendin' way too long checkin' my tongue in the mirror
and bendin' over backwards just to try to see it clearer
but my breath fogged up the glass
and so I drew a new face and i laughed
I guess what I'm a sayin'is there ain't no better reason
to rid yourself of vanity and just go with the seasons
it's what we aim to do
our name is our virtue
but I won't hesitate no more, no more
it cannot wait, i'm yours
well open up your mind and see like me
open up your plans and damn you're free
a look into your heart and you'll find that the sky is yours
so please don't, please don't, please don't
there's no need to complicate
cause our time is short
this is or this or this is our fate, i'm yours
The day I am a bummer
a bummer sure sounds like obama.. but i aint gonna talk about the day i become obama. i dont really know him by the way. it was the day that i sure hope that i can turn back time.
so this was the day that the girl that i like a lot asked me to join her for shisha socializing with some old friends. in fact i actually know some of the friends she was mentioning about. so i were to meet them at castle jalan damai in which i was very excited about. first, and foremost i got to met her and then i got to try for the first time shisha. friday night 10 pm, it wasnt that late at all.
alas that friday was really tiring for me. just before lunch that afternoon, i discovered some parameters that i entered wrong in the simulation. the simulation was for the base case where everyone had to follow in order to simulate their other cases. so being a responsible fellow engineer, i could not just ignore the error and hence i informed everyone. so i had to re-do the base case with the correct parameters, ran all the other simulations i have done, put it in the server and then informed other fellow engineers. i felt bad but there was always lesson in doing mistake right? so all that have to be done within one hour before lunch time since after the friday prayer i would have attend a workshop in bukit kiara. i managed to finish it by one hour and i hope that i did not make any other mistake. God forbids since the meeting on the simulations would be held on the monday. thus for them to complete all the other simulations they have to refer to the base case that i simulated.
my lunch wasnt that smooth either. since my sister left her keys at home, i have to hand her the keys at the lrt station. just in case i have to be home late, she wouldnt have to wait outside the house.
after the prayer, i went in to the office to finalize the files in the server. i copied all the related files from the server to my thumb drive so i could look at it at home. when everything looks ok then i rushed out the building and zoom drove off the bukit kiara.
sure what they said about the sprint highway is true. complicated and very misleading. i took the wrong exit and ended up going to sectiom 16 which is far from where i was supposed to be. realizing that i made a u turn and tried the same road again, again i felt that that i was going in the wrong direction. looking at the time it was already 2.58 pm and omg the workshop would be starting at 3. my heart was pounding really fast and i decided to stop at shell to ask for direction. true enough, i again missed the exit to bukit kiara and the tauke told me how to get there. so i called my senior telling him that i missed the exit but then he assured me to try again since the workshop had not started just yet. people were still enjoying the refreshment in the lobby.
so luckily i made it before the event started (which exactly started at 3.15pm) but as in the other workshop we had to interact and discuss the subject matter with other participants. i believed overall that the workshop was an eye opener. so then i reached home around six after all the hustle in the traffic, i guessed every friday the traffic is worst than any other day. so after shower and maghrib i laid down on the sofa and fell asleep. damn it was really good sleep till i woke up to find that i missed the night out with them.
wow i am a bummer and what a stupid mistake to lay down when you were really tired knowing that you will fall asleep and at the same time knowing that someone is expecting you. not just any someone but someone you want to impress. haha i felt like an idiot actually. so early morning next day i text her to say how sorry i am for last night. but still i felt really bad for letting her down.

Changes
Change your life style or change the government? Somehow, i've been hearing this frequent. To me, nothing really changes except for prices. Prices that i have to pay to buy things.
it all started with the fuel hike. i used to fill up my tank for RM 80, it was then, now i have to pay near to RM 120. that's an increase of RM 40!! for the same amount of gas... fuyyoo. wow now i am driving more smoothly, no jerking and no going over 100km/hr. they said every 1km/hr above 100km/hr will drain your gas by x percent which i dont remember but i believe that holds true for my car. when it is ok, i will not turn on the air conditioner unless its freaking hot and im starting to sweat like a pig. (is it true pig sweats profusely..? I'm not sure but i always hear that .. :/
then everything else started to rise.. since i am not a frequent buyer of goods so i dont know, but then again, i hear that a lot. but what i re ally felt is the increase in price of foods in the canteen. i used to buy 3 karipaps or other kuehs for RM1 then now it is RM1.20. other things such as goreng goreng, nasi lemak, etc went up by 50 cents. duhh
but one thing does not change yet, but i'm hoping and waiting.. which is my PAY.
common man.. pay me more because i have to pay more for things.
but i heard that my CEO and CFO are to get 100% increment in their salary. WTHeck??! are you joking? freaking joking when you say they do not pay you enough. i have heard that someone read that CEO received a total of 1.1 million in their remuneration last year. what else.. still want more but then ignoring those getting only something like 4 figures or even 1k? if Pak Lah let it go then i am speechless.
so i am hoping that the new CA will bring some smiles to ppl like me. some satisfaction for the hardworks in tnb, in getting all the awards. to CK, "PLEASE PROVE THAT YOU ARE THE MOST prihatin majikan OF THE YEAR!!" like the awards say.
at the same time, power sector experience more than double the fuel cost. gas has risen to RM14.31/mmbtu and coal has gone up 125 USD/tonne. so that is the main reason for the increase in the electric tariff.. NOT BECAUSE WE WANT TO PAY OUR CEO or CFO MORE THAN THEY SHOULD BE GETTING.

Tg Semberong
Last family gathering at Kg was when I felt like a superstar when people know me but i didn't know them. i forget faces and names of someone i dont really see often. but hey it's actually a new beginning when we started introducing ourselves and getting updates about them. it is time i think that i should really get to know all my relatives..
driving in KL is bad especially going to cheras for the first time. signboards are misleading and traffic is always in constant congestion. i think i spent almost 2 hours driving and cursing. =)
but luckily the PLUS highway was going smoothly yesterday at 4. so we arrived just a lil' after magrib and i still managed to lend few hands in preparing for the guests. thus all the hassle and tussle paid off eventually. so i slept soundly that night with a smile of satisfaction.
morning was quick to come as we had to move right after suboh. it was a nice driving back home as it only took two hours to cross Melaka and N9. Perfect drive early morning with fresh air to breathe. so we arrived just on time to see Hollit entering the driveway, he was all geared up to rock and rattle the house. so everyone was happy with the perfect timing.

Love at first sight
i have fallen in love with several girls, all due to love at first sight. but there is one girl that really capture my heart and i just could not get rid of her out of my heart.
it all started one fine winter in a book store. thousand of miles where i was living. i was visiting the place quite unfamiliar to me yet respectable due to its reputations. i was not paying attention to her at first until my friend recognize her as a malaysian. it was hard to believe because she just does not look like a malaysian.
it was lovely chatting with her. really lovely. watching her words coming out flawlessly with ease sounding like a beautiful melody. i know i will love her but what about her.
i let her met my other friends and let her show the way around the place which is where she was studying. ever since, i looked at her from behind with awe and delight.
after lunch she had to go as her parents were waiting for her.
ever since, i could not forget about her. i kept on dreaming about her, drooling.. days and night. i initiated conversation online but she did not seem very keen or that interested to converse with me. i grew impatient and bored with her lack of interest. so i stopped sending her any message.
but after some time i was again in love with her. i looked at her pictures dreamingly and send some more message. but again she replied but not as interested as i would expect her to be.
i tried to forget but still after some time i will again fall in love with her. i can not recall how many times i have fallen with her. yet i was never to be frank about my feelings for her. i was and am still to face the possibilities should i confess my feelings towards her. so all the conversation that i sent to her wold seem like regular exchange between distant friends. friends that doesn't got too deep in detail and will just chat about what is on the surface. i was never trying to go too deep.
the truth is i am afraid of rejection. but since she is the first lady to really be that long inside my heart, there must be a day i should be asking her out, getting to know more about her, especially that we are almost too close to each other. yes, now is the time.
if i want to be rejected, let it comes from the one that i really am thinking all the time. but i don't really what she has been up to. she has not been answering my last message and was not online for two weeks already. is she out of town or is this the way she is going to tell me that whe is not interested in me.
so i became melancholy. i dont really know what i should be thinking about her. i am going to let her go but with one last message to her. if she doesnt reply then that is it. ok chao.

Worst Jammed
Instead of the 30 minutes drive home, I spent almost 2 hours driving as the traffic was congested in all areas. I just have to remember today! It wasn't really raining at first, but started to pour after 6:30. I just have to curse the police for failing to keep the traffic flowing. Cursing all the way oh yeah! Till I grew tired and feeling remorse.

I got P@wned
Yesterday going to work, while driving I saw another car which i know will go to my working place. In it there's a young lady with her small cutey sona at the back seat. Knowing that she will be going to the same place, I set my mind to let her behind. So I stepped the on pedal and drove as fast and as crazy as I possibly could. No matter how fast, she was always close behind. I was like "WOW", she's crazy! She got her son with her!
So I was like always in front of her till we reached the entrance, when she did a crazy wild takeover. I walla I felt totally like a LOSER for the rest of the day.

SUFIAH
She's about the same age as me being born in 1985. I felt speechless.
She has achieved a lot in her age, she has been a pioneer in lots of things.
Should I be jealous?
She has put the hookers on par with other occupation.. doctors, engineers, economics, analyst, etc. they're all smart people being what they are. at least they are smart enough to get a degree.
New requirement for prostitution is to at least a degree. She could be the CEO right? Since I think she is the youngest smart hooker. Aren't we proud? The hooking businesses have reach its glorious era.
Being her i can put myself in shoes. I wouldn't want to be in college when i should be at middle-school. I don't want to study at home at the time when i can mix and mingle with others.
To be mixing with people not in your age is awkward, but she must be gotten to it.
Who's at fault? Most probably her parents right?
I think she's smart but a bad planner.
10 years from now I believe that she will regret what she's been doing.
It's not too late to stop. There's always a room to change. There's always someone to help. There's always something to seek help too. Look up because the Almighty is always looking down. He is there waiting for you to ask and think about your next step. He is waiting for you to take the first step. The step that you choose will determine what's next. He will help. Others will help. We are waiting for your permission. He is ready to forgive whenever you are ready to ask.
Think about the future. Is this the best action you're taking?
Think again, think harder?
Or is it about revenge. I will do something bad so those who did bad to me will feel worse? Yes I guess most probably they are feeling very very very bad. While you're happy enjoying sex and feeling rich with the money you're getting.
Are you happy?
Think harder, further, to your future.
10 years time.. 20 years time..
You change for the better, I am ready to forget your past. Most will to. The Almighty will forgive.
Come. You're not alone.
I hope you're smart to practice safe sex. We can never be too sure.

Save Petrol - Smart Consumer
Dear All - Received this from a friend.
Good to know....
Do not pump full tank of petrol Many of us are not aware that the petrol kiosk pump has a return pipe-line (in black). When the petrol tank (in the car) reaches full level, there is a mechanism to trigger off the pump latch and at the same time a return-valve is opened (at the top of the pump station) to allow excess petrol to flow back in! to the sump. But the return petrol has already pass through the meter, meaning you are donating the petrol back to SHELL/ PETRONAS/ CALTEX/MOBIL..........
Best Regards and Safe Driving
*Pumping Gas - Good to Know (from the expert)I've been in petroleum pipeline business for about 31 years, currently working for the Kinder-Morgan Pipeline here in San Jose , CA . We deliver about 4 million gallons in a 24-hour period from the pipe line; one day it's diesel, the next day it's jet fuel and gasoline. We have 34 storage tanks here with a total capacity of 16,800,000 gallons. Here are some tricks to help you get your money's worth:
1. Fill up your car or truck in the morningwhen the temperature is still cool. Remember that all service stations have their storage tanks buried below ground; and the colder the ground, the denser the gasoline. When it gets warmer gasoline expands, so if you're filling up in the afternoon or in the evening, what should be a gallon is not exactly a gallon. In the petroleum business, the specific gravity and temperature of the fuel (gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, ethanol and other petroleum products) are significant. Every truckload that we load is temperature-compensated so that the indicated gallonage is actually the amount pumped. A one-degree rise in temperature is a big deal for businesses, but service stations don't have temperature compensation at their pumps.
2. ;If a tanker truck is filling the station's tank at the time you want to buy gas, do not fill up; most likely dirt and sludge in the tank is being stirred up when gas is being delivered, and you might be transferring that dirt from the bottom of their tank into your car's tank.
3. Fill up when your gas tank is half-full (or half-empty), because the more gas you have in your tank the less air there is and gasoline evaporates rapidly, especially when it's warm. (Gasoline storage tanks have an internal floating 'roof' membrane to act as a barrier between the gas and the atmosphere, thereby minimizing evaporation).
4. If you look at the trigger you'll ! see that it has three delivery settings: slow, medium and high. When you're filling up do not squeeze the trigger of the nozzle to the high setting. You should be pumping at the slow setting, thereby minimizing vapors created while you are pumping. Hoses at the pump are corrugated; the corrugations act as a return path for vapor recovery from gas that already has been metered. If you are pumping at the high setting, the agitated gasoline contains more vapor, which is being sucked back into the underground tank, so you're getting less gas for your money. Hope this will help ease your 'pain at the pump.5. Do not top off your gas tank, when the pump shuts off, do not keep trying to add more gas. A friend who owns a gas station says that by doing this, you are actually giving the next customer a $1.00 worth of gas. The gas you pump stays in the hose and never makes it to your tank...........good to know

Savvy .. too savvy?
today on this date proton had made a statement to call the owner of some 34000 savvy owners to send their savvys to proton edar or proton service due to some problems concerning the safety of the driver and passengers.
i salute for another setback and the courage it takes to call on some 34000 ppl.
great move for honesty. if u know sth is true u have to tell it ok.. no matter how painful it will be.
